Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team to provide financial analysis, modeling, and advisory services to clients in the emerging consumer brands sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in consumer brands, a solid understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to senior team members and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Conduct research and analysis on consumer brands, market trends, capital market, and M&A activity within the sector.
• Support deal execution, including coordinating with other members of the team, client brands, and capital partners, and vendors.
• Build and maintain complex 3-statement financial models and weekly cashflow models.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify and pursue potential business opportunities and help build relationships with clients.
• Provide on-going client support for cashflow and finance management.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Passion and interest for emerging consumer brands. Previous experience in the sector or at a brand is a plus.
• Willingness to work with the team on all aspects of the business to drive success for clients and GreenSpark
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or relevant FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical aptitude, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
