Overview
Origination & Advisory is seeking to hire strong professionals across key Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory sectors. This role requires the ability to be detail and solution oriented, proactive, and strategic. You will also have a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting, an understanding of core Deutsche Bank products and a proven ability to communicate confidently, constructively, and effectively with internal and external clients and/or partners.

What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple projects and transactions with rigid timelines; support and/or lead execution of live transactions including preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations, and analyzing the key attributes of client companies
- Preparation of marketing materials and transaction documentation including teasers, confidential information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data and analyses; issue final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication
- Develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models on public and private companies
- Apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods and principles to evaluate and execute acquisitions, financings, and equity raising transactions
- Performing in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and pitches
- Supporting senior bankers on idea generation, pitches, and execution of transactions
Skills You’ll Need
- Relevant Investment Banking experience and robust knowledge of all IB products
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 79, 63 licensing required

- Capacity to take initiative as well as assume responsibility
- Understand the importance of franchise contributions and promoting and supporting an inclusive workplace
- Experience working with senior level management maintaining confidentiality
- Foster and create an environment where feedback is sought after, offered, and encouraged and communication is open and collaborative
- Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the Firm
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is 110K to 225K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
