Region Associate Relationship Banker Jobs

Supporting RMs through origination and management of customer relationships including internal coordination of lending transactions from origination to financial close.

Supporting RMs in the preparation and coordination of pricing approvals through numerous internal systems including pricing models and management information.

Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently.

Knowledge of current regulatory landscape and implications on client on-boarding and post-boarding (in country and extra-territorial)

Supporting the professional delivery of tailored product solutions across WIB’s products range for customers.

Supports operational activities (e.g. inventory management, escalated service requests, following up on customer applications, filing, opening and closing activities).

Research on regulatory matters (state and federal regulatory change management)

Assistance in management of various inboxes and provide timely responses to all stakeholders

Identify and develop workflow efficiencies, project management enhancements, and productivity tracking

Extensive knowledge of BSA/AML requirements, process implementation, programs, and relevant documentation

Knowledge of US know your customer requirements and regulations

Four-year degree or equivalent experience

Assist in training less experienced analysts in best practices of client contact list management

Build and nurture relationships with the Respondents through on-going relationship management interactions

Continuously track status of your scheduling and interviewing efforts in firm’s contact management system

Strong persuasion skills and ability to pro-actively sell benefits of study participation

Represent to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity

Demonstrate expanding industry knowledge of financial marketplace

Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience

6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience

Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.

Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports

Assist the Banker in deepening the existing client relationship through deep-dive analysis

Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker

Internal: Division, District and Field/Store management, Corporate Legal Department

Communicate with the Financial Service Center and District Financial Manager regarding potential losses.

Manage team email inbox, voicemail and process office postal and express mail.

Process remote electronic bank deposits.

TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL OR OTHER PROBLEMS:

Maintain the collection follow-up activity of 700 to 1200 accounts.

Strong leadership skills and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

7+ years’ experience in progressive finance positions required

Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Manage mergers & acquisition evaluations and review

Provide strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs related to finance

Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with leadership

Experience working with senior level management maintaining confidentiality

Relevant Investment Banking experience and robust knowledge of all IB products

6 months - 2 years job experience cash handling and customer service experience; needs-based sales experience and banking experience preferred.

Working knowledge of all products and services.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment

Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, capitalizing on resources and tools available.
