RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd., Liverpool Bay To start as soon as possible, Full time, Permanent Functional area: Operations & Maintenance We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic service team in managing inventory and stores operations for our Offshore Windfarm Rhyl Flats located in Liverpool Bay. As an integral part of our offshore operations, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and seamless store operations to support the smooth functioning of the Windfarm. Utilising sites SAP S4 HANA system, to ensure efficient and effective Offshore Windfarm operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement inventory management procedures tailored to the Offshore Windfarm environment Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and tooling allocation using specialised software systems Work closely with sites service team to implement strategies to minimise stock wastage and improve cost efficiencies Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of inventory Manage and supervise a stores personnel, providing leadership, training, and guidance for smooth store operations Implement safety procedures and guidelines for handling inventory and stores in compliance with offshore safety regulations Prepare reports on inventory status, consumption trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review Education and Experience: Degree or equivalent in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in an Offshore or maritime environment, using SAP Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Trained to operate a Forklift Truck (FLT trained) Familiarity with specialised inventory management software systems Understanding of health and safety regulations in an offshore environment Skills and Attributes: Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams rwe.com/career Apply now with just a few clicks: ad code 82387, application deadline 02/08/2023 .
