Inventory Coordinator Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide support to the ServerMonkey team by receiving, inspecting and inventorying IT hardware parts both systematically and physically.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Receive & match inbound shipments to corresponding open purchase orders
• Physical fitness is required to perform many of the job functions, such as: carrying boxes, climbing stairs with materials, bending over/stooping to pull inventory from lower racks, reaching to pull or put-away inventory, lifting some heavy products frequently
• Assist Operations team with shipping and packaging as needed
• Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies; make appropriate adjustments in Netsuite (increments/decrements)
• Maintain bins and put away locations in the inventory warehouse and on Netsuite
• Participate in annual physical inventory reconciliation
• Enter, maintain and report inventory data via Netsuite
• Inspect, and put into stock servers, switches and other spare parts
• Pull inventory upon request

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Experience in Netsuite is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware
• Inventory management experience
