Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Warehouse Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the warehouse operations and facilities operations to include shipping and receiving materials, manage inventory, run reports, interface with Project Managers, and managing all aspects of building maintenance and property maintenance to ensure building operations meet workers' needs at our Destin, FL facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure the efficiency and functionality of all building systems
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Stage inventory for fabrication
• Complete inventory checks and report/resolve any discrepancies
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with vendors
• Manage facilities planning and space allocation
• Manage the upkeep of office supplies
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Inspects completed work by vendors and contractors
• Manage maintenance of grounds
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Coordinate with department heads and vendors for any work required at the facility
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to learn quickly and take direction
• Good organizational and time management skills
• The work is fast-paced at times, and errors can be costly. Attention to detail is a must
• Common sense material handling skills – careful, safe packaging and movement of fragile, heavy, or sensitive items
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, electronic record keeping, and digital communications (email, text, various mobile applications)
• Positive, helpful attitude
• Eligibility for a SECRET security clearance – a successful applicant may begin working without a clearance, but must apply for, and eventually be granted a clearance to remain on the team.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50-80lbs)

Salary Range:

$68,400.00 - $119,700.00
