POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage and be responsible for planning, ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, shipping, and issuing material, parts, and products for the warehouse to support the Beam Pumping Unit, Services, and Automation Services/Sales/Distribution channels.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide overall management and supervision for the Odessa Service Center warehouse and support satellite service center warehouses.
• Special projects as assigned
• Drive fulfillment of inventory, and inventory turn KPIs, partner with sourcing and supply chain teams to ensure no gaps within processes or procedures
• Partner with field service and shop teams to issue/distribute parts and products on-time so customers experience world-class service delivery
• Responsible for managing material forecasts, inventory levels, availability, and supply chain relationship to ensure on-time delivery of parts and product
• Support pacing of monthly/quarterly sales, material allocation, and inventory to achieve operating plans.
• Perform cycle counts and perform RCA variances on all warehouses and storage locations
• Supervise employees in the warehouse and promote a safe working environment
• Transfer material to/from the central warehouse to the storage locations (trucks) and other service centers
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
• Examine work for conformance to policies and procedures
• Own inventory transactional discipline and process adherence
• Operate a variety of material handling equipment such as cranes, fork trucks, and dollies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree from an accredited community college or two-year technical degree plus a minimum of three years experience in warehouse management; or high school diploma/GED and five years of warehouse supervision/management experience

DESIRED:

• Competent in the use of ERP and warehouse systems, preferable JDE
• Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and to effectively analyze and resolve problems
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to effectively lead a team and thrive within a matrix organization
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent supervisory and organizational skills to manage a heavy workload
