Job Description
Role: Inventory Analyst/Planning Coordinator


Location: Pleasanton, CA-94588


Duration: 9 Months on W2


Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM



  • Monitor daily inventory levels in IFS and SAP.
  • Work with warehouse and compliance to process RMA(s), RTV(s), and rework as it pertains to distribution centers.
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure inventory is moved in a timely manner.
  • Review Orders to move inventory from IFS to SAP.
  • Generate reports to assist the team with planning activities.
  • Work with customer service on potential backorder inventory and resolve.
  • Create and/or manage daily inventory, shipping, and invoice reports.
  • Any other duties that pertain to the Supply Chain Department
  • Monitor and collaborate on intercompany inventory transfers and execute.
  • Manage safety stock in SAP locations.
  • Work with the supply chain to manage inventory levels and distribution.
