Manage and interpret exception reporting from Tableau for inventory management and reconciliation.

Ability to understand demand forecasting concepts and apply knowledge on the job with strong analytical skills.

Ability to demonstrate intermediate skill level in MS Excel, including formulating pivot tables, if statements, Vlookup statements, etc.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact collaboratively and influence others without authority.

Collaborate with Supervisor and Cross Functional Partners to determine inventory strategies through the products’ life cycle.

3+ years of experience in Inventory Planning

Experience in managing others preferred, either as direct reports or as in project lead.

Experience with tools such as SAP APO / MRP and IBP

Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skill (Vlookup, Index/Match, Pivot table, Conditional format).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Order Management, and others to support the demand and supply process.

Demonstrated knowledge of production flow, planning and inventory management, and documentation procedures

Optimize inventory management and forecasting processes.

Support the design and implementation of an inventory management system to optimize inventory control procedures.

5+ years in Inventory/Supply chain management

Other Essential Abilities and Skills:

Advanced Excel aptitude and analytical skills with experience in inventory management and network and other modeling tools.

Salary range is $100,000 to $150,000 based on relevant work experience plus a benefits package.

5 or more years of related work experience.

Translating business and financial goals into inventory and service targets.

Gaining annual and quarterly alignment of the supply chain with forecasted business needs and demand.

Leading Inventory Planning teams to improve inventory management through process/systems improvements and resource utilization.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree (Master’s / MBA) a plus.

Ability to work with and influence senior management.

Partner with VP of Planning & Allocation to forecast & manage store daily sales expectations.

6-8 years specialty retail Allocation, Store and/or Merchandise planning experience.

3+ years in leadership role/supervisory experience

Exceptional organizational, customer service, time management, and communication skills are essential

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism

Personal experience with both domestic and international travel is considered an advantage

Research to locate the best pricing and options according to client's specifications

Promote tours, vacation packages, resorts, cruises, sporting events and more

Book itineraries for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met

High School Diploma or GDA is preferred

Large scale SaaS/platform implementation or management

Framework/ways of working implementations (Ex, move from waterfall to Agile methodology. Business process management to product management)

Forecasting and Retail planning experience

Experience working collaboratively with engineers, data analysts, solution & domain architects

Proven experience (5+ years) in inventory planning, analytics, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with large data sets, analyzing them, and presenting key findings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage a team, prioritize and deliver on KPIs.
