Job Description

IDR is seeking an Inventory Administrator to join one of our clients in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry! This is a long-term opportunity, on-site near the DFW airport.


Position Overview:

The Inventory Administrator will work with the inventory maintenance team at our client. Your day will consist of reviewing and processing Work Orders and communicating with various vendors. The role will be a blend of data entry and liaising between the internal teams and external vendors.


The ideal candidate will be well organized and posses a strong business acumen.

Top Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in a Data Entry or Admin position
  • Basic knowledge (know how to Sort and AutoSum)
  • 2+ years experience in office environment
  • Excel experience

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to take initiative – Self starter
  • Great communication
