WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Receiving Clerk to join our team. As an Inventory Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our auction operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our events. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative skills, and have a passion for the auction industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload and unpack incoming shipments, organizing and storing items appropriately.
• Verify the quantity and quality of received goods, ensuring they match the accompanying documentation.
• Update inventory systems and records to reflect received goods and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damages, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, issues, or delays in receiving.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or receiving is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with auction industry practices and terminology.
• Proficient in using inventory management software or systems.
