Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Maintenance Inventory Clerk in Houston, TX 77073. In this performance driven role, you will be responsible for excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for a passionate individual who works hard to keep our lines and equipment up and running. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized inventory clerk to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering parts and supplies, keeping records of all transactions, The ideal candidate will have experience working in a parts department, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced envirorment.

In a Maintenance Inventory Clerk job you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department and warehouse
• Other various tasks as assigned
• Forklift Experience
• Ability to work extended hours
• Answering customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Locate and pull requested parts from inventory using warehouse management system
• Stock shelves and racks with newly arrived parts and materials
• Generate reports detailing inventory levels, trends, and shortages
• Received and unload incoming shipments of parts and materials
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Update computerized inventory records to reflect current stock levels

What You’ll Need

• Ordering parts and needed inventory
• 1-2 years experience with Inventory in parts and supplies
• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (Must be available to work OT and weekends)
