Intake Worker/Coord Jobs

Responsibilities:
At Talbott Recovery Campus we focus on patient-centered care and an individualized approach, upholding a high standard of innovative treatment and compassionate attention to each patient's needs. We are committed to providing and promoting evidence-based treatment for individuals with co-occurring disorders through clinical services, education, and research.
We are currently hiring an Intake Coordinator to initiate the referral and intake process, determine appropriate level of care and maintain follow-up communication with referral sources, families, patients and program staff to maintain a quality intake experience for all.
This is a full time, day shift position that includes our full benefits package of paid time off, medical, dental and vision plans as well as 401(k) matching.
Qualifications:
This position requires the ability to obtain accurate information and interpret the patients' history of dependence/disorder, recognizing the physical and behavioral symptoms and progression of dependency/disorder necessary to complete intake/assessment. You must be able to maintain professional relations and assure information is communicated effectively with staff as well as to patients, families and referral sources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as a high level of interpersonal skills. This position continually requires demonstrated poise, professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Master's Degree preferred with a minimum of one year experience in behavioral health/substance use disorders.
