  • Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech, and more to drive 4+ years of post-MBA experience across Growth/Revenue Strategy/Strategy Consulting/Corporate Strategy Teams at digital consumer businesses.
  • Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Create and implement the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
  • Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, as well as qualitative research and customer insights.
  • Ideate, test, and scale new acquisition channels (organic and paid).
  • Lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions, including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships.
