Responsibilities -


  • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions
  • A desire to understand consumer behaviour and mindset
  • Lead user acquisition for one of the biggest genres on the Pocket FM platform
  • Passion for technology products built for scale
  • Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights
  • Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
  • Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech and more, to drive 2+ Years of relevant work experience
  • Ideate, test and scale new acquisition channels (Organic & Paid)
  • Experimentation mindset
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
