• Enhancing collaboration between cross-functional teams and marketing team members
• Brainstorming and lead design of experiments for each growth manager
• Ensuring resources are well allocated for successful project delivery
• Assigning tasks to team members
• Codifying marketing workflows to increase team efficiency
• Conducting marketing campaign reviews
• Keeping track of project timelines and budgets
• Assessing, managing, and mitigating digital marketing risk
• Planning, scheduling, and executing new marketing campaigns and projects
• Developing and implementing change management in digital marketing projects
