- Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- We are seeking a Growth Lead who will take charge and accelerate our efforts towards efficiently acquiring and retaining users for our US business.
- This position resides at the intersection of analytics, product, content, and growth marketing. The ideal candidate is user-focused, data-driven, and has a solid technical, marketing, analytical, and business background with a focus on delivering high-impact and sustainable growth.
- The goal is to determine organic and paid acquisition channels as well as strategies to retain and convert them into engaged users.
- Working cross-functionally to build a thorough understanding of the conversion funnel and identifying key marketing and content levers of the platform.
- Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India.
- Working closely with category, product, and user experience teams to problem-solve for the best user experience.
