About The Role


  • The role requires extensive problem-solving through rigorous experimentation, both within and outside of the Finding and owning new user acquisition channels and ensuring that users have the best in-app experience.
  • Co-owning the pricing and monetization strategy for content to deliver the highest conversions and ARPU.
  • Sharing feedback for product improvements, being responsible for tangible growth goals, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on progress toward those 4+ years of post-MBA experience across Growth/Revenue Strategy/Strategy Consulting/Corporate Strategy Teams at digital consumer businesses.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • We are seeking a Growth Lead who will take charge and accelerate our efforts towards efficiently acquiring and retaining users for our US business.
  • This position resides at the intersection of analytics, product, content, and growth marketing. The ideal candidate is user-focused, data-driven, and has a solid technical, marketing, analytical, and business background with a focus on delivering high-impact and sustainable growth.
  • The goal is to determine organic and paid acquisition channels as well as strategies to retain and convert them into engaged users.
  • Working cross-functionally to build a thorough understanding of the conversion funnel and identifying key marketing and content levers of the platform.
  • Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India.
  • Working closely with category, product, and user experience teams to problem-solve for the best user experience.
