This is a Remote/Virtual Insurance Specialist position.
We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need and have asked for the product. The sales agent will call our clients, set appointments, and virtually meet with them for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.
This is for sales professionals who are self-disciplined and ready to work - the grind is real. If you need a boss, a time clock, or someone standing over your shoulder - this is not the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Contact potential clients that have requested coverage.
- Present and sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers.
- Attend Zoom training meetings.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent work ethic and high level of integrity
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, coachable, passionate about helping others and has a deep desire to achieve greater things in their life.

You can work in as many different states as you are licensed in & build your own schedule.
*This is a bonus and commission-paid position and you must be located within the United States.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
