Insurance Recruitment Specialist

Our insurance firm is looking for an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our staffing needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You’ll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. This position can be a 100% remote position - from anywhere in the United States

$10 - $25 hourly DOE

• Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration
• Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media
• Negotiate wage and benefit discussions between candidates and internal leadership
• Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates
• Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information

• Excellent networking skills and the ability to attract top talent during the recruiting process
• Interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are needed for this role
• At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred
• Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
