We are looking for an Insurance Revenue Specialist- Medicaid Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Manages denials and follows up on unpaid or improperly paid claims.
• Adjust insurance and patient ledger as needed.
• Reviews and monitors accounts within the AR system, determines appropriate actions to resolve errors and completes necessary documents to increase collections.
• Navigate and utilize state Medicaid portals to view claim and payment status.
• Strive for continuous improvement, offer insight, and contribute to resolution when issues arise.
• Report Monitoring and Analysis (monitor and work AR reports, providing feedback to Team Lead/Manager
• Adhere to RCM guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with various state Medicaid plans regarding claims and payment status.
• Maintain daily production log.

What You’ll Need

• Two (2) years working with accounts receivables required, three (3) or more years preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
