Job Description
Job title: Recruitment Administrator


Location: West Des Moines, IA


Job overview: To support the Hire DSM Recruitment Team with all areas of recruitment administration, and supporting candidates through the recruitment journey. You will provide support across the full recruitment cycle, selection process and on-boarding process, ensuring that we offer a first-class candidate experience that is efficient, professional and informative.


Job description:


  • Source candidates by using internal ATS and platforms- such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Utilizing HR websites to help with weekly payroll.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Assisting in marketing on social media websites.
  • Attracting candidate pool, evaluation of resumes, scheduling and conducting phone and in person interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork and onboarding process.
  • Attend job fairs and career events as needed.
  • Assisting in writing and posting job descriptions on career websites.


Environment/ Culture:


Small growing business recruitment firm based in West Des Moines servicing all industries: manufacturing, construction, engineering, healthcare, professional services.


Hours/ schedule:


Monday- Friday, 8am- 4:30pm, in office.


Dress code/ attire:


Business casual.


Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/ Administration, Education, or related field.
  • 1+ years of recruitiment experience/ knowledge of recruitment life cycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
  • Proficiency in ATS and HR systems.
