Virtual Insurance Operations Analyst Jobs

5+ years of experience in insurance with a focus in operations, account management, implementation, project management, or related experience

Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills

Experience in client-facing implementation roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience managing a team or processes independently with little oversight

Lead client implementations by interacting with clients as well as internal and external partners in meetings, phone calls and email

Excellent documentation skills and experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

MS Office experience required specific to PowerPoint presentations, and Excel experience - data feed/manipulation (PIVOT/VLOOKUP/Formulas) skills

This is a FT staff role offering base salary plus bonus and benefits

Insurance experience required, P&C Insurance Industry background preferred.

Familiarity with one or more delivery frameworks, including Agile (User Stories), Waterfall (requirements documentation), Kanban, and/or others.

Experience conducting Project calls, Scrum calls, preparing the weekly status reports, dashboards.

We are currently looking for Data Entry Clerk- full or part-time available professional to work remotely.

You are knowledgeable and have built and/or supported presentation development for senior management

You are experienced in expense report management

Create and edit senior management presentations utilizing PowerPoint.

Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint sites and file management.

Ability to interact with all levels of employees including senior management.
