Job Description
As the Learning Consultant in the IVL Medicare Learning and Performance team, you will have the opportunity to work on large scale projects and challenging education initiatives. Part of this role includes improving and synergizing the learning processes and tools to provide the best possible resources for the Aetna team.

This role includes the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.

In addition this role facilitates instructor-led and virtual programs.

The chosen candidate will be seen as the learning and education expert; leading consultative meetings and partnering with the leadership team across the department and enterprise. They will create educational strategies and implement learning solutions that will deliver the desired business results.

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Create instructional graphics (Infographics)
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Work with SMEs to identify target audience’s training needs
  • Evaluate assessments and provide results and learning opportunities
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Set instructional goals and create content that matches them
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%
  • At least 8 years of experience in Corporate learning design and facilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management and organizational experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including SharePoint, Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, case management systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Attention to detail with process quality mindset
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver work in a multi-project team-oriented environment

Education
Bachelors Degree is preferred
Masters Degree is an asset
