Core responsibility is to coordinate schedules for delivery and installation activities

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to customer service and logistics teams if any items are missing or damaged and supplies necessary documentation and photos to ensure claims are being processed
• Confirms delivery/installs with builders via email/call 10 days and 2 days out to ensure dwell goal is being achieved
• Supports efforts by all members of the Cabinetworks team to continuously improve departmental, and company performance
• Ensures accuracy of installer invoice as compared to budgeted cost
• Additional projects or duties as assigned
• Schedules delivery, dispersal, install, and updates logistics 3PL scheduling program to ensure builders dates are met
• Develops and maintains effective business relationships with building superintendents, installers, and other contractors.
• Sends installation packets which contain layouts, installation pricing, and pertinent job information to the installers and appropriate personnel
• Has shared responsibility for quality and cost effective installations
• Provides customer service and resolve any problems, as necessary
• Monitors builders’ websites or emailed schedules and schedules accordingly
• Covers, assists, and trains in other areas.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3+ years of field experience (i.e., cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors).
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience in a role using home builder’s websites (i.e. Supply Pro, CSME, and/or BWP) is required
• Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and subcontractors.
• Experience with AS400 or other order entry system highly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook) is required
