Plumbing And Hvac Estimator

Kreativ Diamond State Recruiting Inc and Recruiting partner is seeking a Plumbing and HVAC Estimator. In this role, you will estimate project costs related to plumbing and HVAC systems for commercial clients. You will work alongside an experienced team to develop project estimates and present proposals to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and HVAC estimating, knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and quotes.
• Present proposals to clients and explain the estimates and project details.
• Work with project managers to gather information on project scope, timeline, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and provide updates throughout the project process.
• Collect and analyze data to determine labor and material costs.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Plumbing and HVAC estimating.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems and building codes.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience.
