Plumbing Manager
Full time with a competitive salary and benefits (health insurance, paid vacation, bonuses, and more).
You will be responsible for training technicians and managing a territory of installing or servicing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their plumbing requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all Plumbing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • High performing commercial plumber with at least 3 years of commercial plumbing or field supervision experience (management experience preferred but not required)

  • Train commercial plumbing technicians

  • Provide purpose, clear goals and direction, and motivation to your team

  • Manage the performance of the team and hold them accountable to standards

  • Address customer issues and implement long-term problem solutions

  • Review work orders for accuracy, clarity, and profitability

  • Review timesheets and commissions for accuracy and to manage overtime

  • Build relationships cross-departmentally and with partner organizations

  • You will be rewarded personally for the success of the trade line

  • Takes ownership and initiative; passion to lead and achieve

  • Open to learning and working with technology and data to make decisions.

  • Valid drivers’ license

  • Ability to work outdoors
