Job Summary
- The Project Manager will support the Innovation & Continuous Improvement Team in bringing human-centered, lean approaches to research, ideation, concept development, and prototyping in order to help the business solve its toughest problems. This role will be responsible for all aspects of project management for medium to high complexity projects to ensure an organized and seamless delivery of work.
Additional details:
- Please note, while this is a regional position, there is limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work off-site. Those ineligible locations are: Alaska, Delaware, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
- This role is offered as a regional workplace position and Employees must work in the region they support. This could require working from a mix of on-site Company facilities and remote based offices to perform the job function in a regional location determined by business need. Each Department will provide Employees with guidance on when and where presence is required with as much notice as reasonably possible.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Responsibilities
- Create content as needed to support projects, workshops and programs
- Act as a creative resource for the project team and a thought leader in generating new ideas and ways of working as needed
- Ensure coordination of Innovation studio activities, inventory of equipment and supplies are stocked
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
- Plan project/program schedules which include elements such as objectives, goals, timeline, resources needed at which stages, participant expectations, milestones, and deliverables
- Keep all parties updated on progress, accomplishments and roadblocks through regular status updates and consistent communication with project resources
- Foster an inclusive, energetic, and innovative environment through a keen understanding of participants and needs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in facilitation techniques
- Ability to organize disparate work streams and execute complex project plans
- Knowledge of Human Centered Design, Lean and Innovation mindsets, tools and techniques
- Ability to build relationships across all levels
- Skilled in project management tools and methods
- Ability to deliver on actionable project plans
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with diverse audiences
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Communications
- Preferred: Experience in creating spec documents and/or requirement building – utilizing either Waterfall and/or Agile
- Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
- Production / Project Management
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management tools and/or designer tools
- Change Management
Licensing/Certification
- N/A
Physical Abilities
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Other Qualifications
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be able to work extended hours, as determined by leader and work needs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time, as determined by leader and work needs
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $109,340 per year to $113,900 per
year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
