  • This role provides leadership to a team of skilled engineers focused on platform health, stability, security and process improvement for engineering and production support.
  • Helps drive strategies for building and delivery infrastructure in a more effective and cost efficient way
  • Recommends and drives improvements to advance our overall data program infrastructure
  • Builds and maintains a talent pipeline
  • Governs and drives solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability of supported systems and client experience impacts for domain and applications
  • Maintains strong relationship with data domain partners, along with line of business
  • Responsible to maintaining documentation and operational process to deliver improved monitoring, resiliency and high availability
  • Helps support cloud migration activities
  • Lead and influence the design, delivery, automation, and 24/7 production support of the infrastructure services and solutions, lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationship
  • Leaders responsible for KeyBank's critical infrastructure servicing the Data Supply Chain and Analytics Tools including Ab Initio, SAS, BigSQL, BigQuery, Cognos, MicroStrategy.
Description
  • The Enterprise Data Infrastructure and Analytics manager will lead a team of talented and highly motivated engineers to strengthen our infrastructure support of KeyBank’s data and analytics program. This individual will work to drive out stability, build a talent pipeline, ensure the stability and security of our Enterprise Data and Analytics platforms and help drive modernization of our overall infrastructure program as we migrate to the cloud
Experience
  • Understanding of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
  • Experienced vendor management relationships
  • Ability to establish critical operational metrics and drive improvement opportunities
  • Experience in managing local and remote teams
  • Experience leading teams that provide 24/7 production support.
  • Experience and excellent understanding of ETL and Analytics
  • Experience with public cloud provides such as Google Cloud Platform
Responsibilities
  • Provide strong technical leadership and direction to help drive improvement opportunities and problem resolution.
  • Manage a team of onshore and offshore individuals
  • Build talent pipeline to help attract talent
  • Establish strong relationship with senior leadership in KeyBank’s data program and analytic space
  • Help drive migration activities around cloud migration and upgrade efforts are in place
  • Manage 24/7 production support teams, overall health, stability, security and process improvement for infrastructure supporting Ab Initio, SAS, BigSQL, BigQuery, Cognos, Microstrategy
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, oral and motivational skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $140,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. Please click
