Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks an Infrastructure Engineer for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: Monitors complex systems and applications with concurrent users and interfaces, ensuring accessibility and data-integrity. Participates in efforts to improve performance, accessibility, capability, control, and functionality of infrastructure components, including planning for business growth. Performs maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems, including backups, machine group policy updates, security baselines, EMSL, Java exceptions, and routine database maintenance. Limits data-repetition, ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and standards, and removes inactive or duplicate user profiles. Manages AppDynamics functionality, including installation, administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, console issues, and ensures end-to-end readiness for QA and production (both SaaS and On-Prem) environments. Documents functions, modules, test plans and results.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field, followed by one (1) year of experience in the role or in a similar position. Full term of experience must include: Supporting Cisco AppDynamics product and deployment strategy including installation, administration, performance management, upgrades, troubleshooting, and console Issues; Ensuring end-to-end readiness in AppDynamics for QA and production (SaaS and On-Prem) environments; Triaging application issues using SCCM, InstallShield, Admin Studio, and Repackager; Utilizing CMD, bash, and CSH scripting to install and uninstall applications through SCCM; Automating software installations and uninstallations using PowerShell, CMD scripting, and end user monitoring; Managing group policy objects for workstation and linking new and existing organizational units to group policy objects; Deploying applications using Windows Registry, file system, and active directory services; and Creating custom high-level dashboards and documentation for application teams.
