As a Data Engineer, you will be empowered to work independently to create and manage features of Abrigo’s Data Platform, configure third-party software to our needs, and maintain the core integration product suite. You will be a member of the Integration Product team and work collaboratively with other teams around the company on varying projects.

We are looking for energetic candidates with high intellect, the ability to learn quickly, and execute with excellence and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, have a bias for action, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure to multiple areas of the company.
Applicants may choose to work remote, or be office-based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.

What You'll Do:

• Other product team responsibilities, as needed
• Assist with product development, testing, and implementation of product enhancements as needed
• Manage data going into the Data Platform and our use of the data warehouse long-term
• Provide excellent customer service for the Data Platform through technical support, product improvements, and client follow-up
• Work with our customers on custom development projects for financial statement data
• Lead the creation of real-time data capabilities for Abrigo’s Data Platform
• Work with data analytics and data architecture
• Develop subject-matter expertise in Abrigo’s core integration products
• Work closely with the integration engineering team and other members of the product development team

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Adapt to an entrepreneurial environment and culture quickly
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A proven leader and self-starter
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, project management, or product management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while also paying close attention to details
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Python, AWS, ETL process
• Track record of results-oriented achievements
