Information Technology Security Analyst

Description: 4 -5plus years’ experience with IT Support with concentration on Cybersecurity administration and Identity Access Management.Candidate main role to manage access to applications and servers and must have the ability to distinguish elevated and privileged accesses and enforce applications access control by applying the least privilege policies and standards.

Responsibilities: Candidate responsibilities must include and not limited to:

• Ensuring the integrity of the company’s information assets.
• Follow procedures and playbooks to grant, modify and remove accesses to AD, AD Groups, Linux/UNIX, SAP, and other applications natively or use a front-end application.
• Enforcing corporate information security policies and standards.
• Learn new software.
• Identifying process improvements.
• Prioritize and multitask efficiently.
• Document, create knowledge transfer articles, and enrich tickets notes and error logs.
• Perform diagnostic tests on access related issues.
• Ability to perform initial Azure AD access review.
• Collect information on problems to pass it to L3 if necessary.
• P erforming compliance checks and provide alerts and reports for access reviews and audits.
• Documenting and updating elevated and privileged accesses processes.
• Maintaining and enforcing regulations regarding SOX, FERC, NERC, PCI.
• Explain technical information clearly to customers.

Experience: Candidate experience must include and not limited to:

• Experience with customer service background to comply with SLAs/PKIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service background and comply with SLAs/PKIs.
• Experience in Linux, SQL, and SAP access administrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of network, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, and tools.
• Minimum of 4-5-years’ experience in IT support role with concentration on Cybersecurity
• Knowledge of ServiceOne and/or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory access administrations.
• Experience with Runbook documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-year experience with Information Technology

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related preferred.
