OVERVIEW
The Business Analyst plays an integral role in assisting project teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to business owners through gathering and documenting business requirements. This individual will work on diverse IT projects and learn about various business processes and applications across the league.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assist in creating business process flows.
  • Take input from the project teams and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedback.
  • Work with project teams in eliciting business requirements through customer interviews and evaluation of processes/workflows.
  • Execute test plans for quality assurance prior to user acceptance testing.
  • Assist with the daily operations of the team, including preparation of meeting minutes, status reporting and project documentation.
  • Understand current processes and become a subject matter expert in the specific business area and application.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand organization and operational challenges.
  • Support the project team by providing backup end user support for multiple internal and external applications to a wide range of constituents.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively with internal and external parties.
  • Possesses outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision; proficient and able to handle multiple projects, managing toward deadlines and deliverables.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Microsoft Project and Visio a plus.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while still ensuring a high-quality work product.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience and college degree.
Salary Range for this role is $70K to $100K
