Information Technology Manager Jobs

No career experience needed. We are looking for an individual who is fluent in computers, from there we will teach/guide you into this position. This position involves basic computer knowledge, setting up and dismantling computers, installing programs, diagonsing computer problems, and utilizing different softwares. If you have a great understanding of computers we can guide you into this position. You will be responsible for managing an oversea's development team and guiding them daily in the tasks that need to be completed.
BIMS creates applications to innovate the future for both businesses and individuals. We are developing a new generation of solutions across the real estate industry and are seeking an Associate Product Manager to help guide us into the future.
Responsibilities
Management of development team
Feature scoping and bug testing
Drive timelines to deliver tasks against deadlines
Identify business and feature opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs and how our applications can help them
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to maximize their use of the applications
Researching and recommending new business avenues or opportunities
Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepare internal reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing both client and application information
Maintain a high level of customer service and support by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of entire software ecosystem
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Requirements
Excellent understanding of how to use a computer
Excellent communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles (Not Required)
