We are looking for an IT Administrator to join us. The IT Administrator will support all Security & IT needs of our NY office and promote Security department initiatives, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The IT administrator will be reporting to the IT manager located in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and optimize the organization's Google Workspace environment, ensuring that all services function correctly and comply with established security and privacy policies.
Configure and maintain the organization's Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, working closely with the CISO or IT Manager to ensure that all SSO protocols are secure and up-to-date.
Manage the organization's ticketing system, including creating, assigning, and resolving tickets, as well as generating reports and communicating with end-users.
Ensure that network infrastructure for the New York office is configured correctly and maintained, working with the CISO or IT Manager to implement security best practices and respond to security incidents.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that IT systems and processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Participate in defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving the organization's IT systems and processes.
Educate coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage, promoting a culture of security awareness and risk mitigation.
Provide backup support for the IT team in Israel, as needed, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support during their local business hours.
Coordinate with the Israel IT team to ensure that critical IT systems are adequately staffed during non-overlapping hours, ensuring that IT support is available around the clock.
Requirements:
2+ Years of experience as an IT Administrator
Relevant certifications, such as a CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification or a Google Workspace Administrator certification.
In-depth understanding and experience setting up, configuring and managing all of all Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar.
Knowledge of market-leading Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Ability to configure and manage SSO solutions for the organization, including integrating with Google Workspace and other systems. All while using industry-standard SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders (other teams and vendors).
Strong project management skills, including defining project scope, developing project plans, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Up to date with security best practices, including data privacy, access control, and security incident response. They should be able to implement and manage security measures for the organization's systems and networks.
