Job Description
Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Familiar with eMASS and associated workflows (this is a DHA system)
  • Assess systems, network, and software for vulnerabilities
  • Design and implement security solutions based on best practices & industry standards
  • Initiate protective or corrective measures when a cybersecurity incident or vulnerability is discovered and ensure a process is in place for authorized users to report all cybersecurity-related events and potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Ensure software, hardware, and firmware complies with appropriate security configuration guidelines (e.g., Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)/Security Requirement Guides (SRGs))
  • Experience creating DOD RMF packages and associated work products and managing them through the Cyber program lifecycle
  • FISMA, RMF, FedRAMP, and NIST special publications
  • Functional knowledge of DOD cyber policies and directives and experience in the implementation of these policies and procedures across multiple systems (e.g., DOD 8570)
  • Knowledge of US Government security regulations and methodologies
Qualifications:
Education:
  • 5 years Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Clearance:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Must be CAC eligible

  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
