Job Description

A leading global entertainment company is looking for a Influencer Marketing Coordinator / Manager to assist their team on-site in Beverly Hills for upcoming projects!


Job Details


ON-SITE - Beverly Hills, CA

PAY $30-$40/HR


Responsibilities


  • Set up whitelisting access for influencers to facilitate social media ad creation
  • Keep track of influencer posts by recording and storing screen captures
  • Develop customized campaign briefs and distribute to influencers
  • Process influencer ticket requests and fulfill them in a timely manner
  • Analyze influencer campaigns and create case studies to summarize results
  • Assist with influencer onboarding to the Influencer Network platform for automated reporting and payment
  • Reach out to influencers and provide offer details to solicit their participation
  • Work with legal team to review and revise contracts
  • Support campaign planning and forecasting
  • Identify and match potential influencers to tours and venues based on campaign criteria
  • Collaborate with paid media agency to ensure campaigns are properly targeted and configured
  • Ensure timely payment of influencer invoices
  • Manage on-site influencer execution and interaction during concerts and festivals


Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of influencer Social Media / Influencer Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn basic formulas and functions
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with various departments within the organization
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The position will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination, unless legally exempted
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or Advertising
  • Skilled in using the Microsoft Suite of software applications
  • Capable of working efficiently under strict time constraints
  • Willingness to travel for events and handle influencer management (including weekends)
  • Familiarity with Creator IQ or other similar CRM/management platforms
