The key responsibilities of a Industrial Construction Project Manager are:
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery within budget and on schedule
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and financial analyses to senior leadership.
  • Monitoring and managing project performance, including cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards
  • Ensuring project success through meticulous planning, organization, and resource allocation

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for a Industrial Construction Project Manager has:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture , or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction, including ground-up developments and historical renovations
  • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing resources, budgets, and time lines
  • A passion for innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project
  • A strategic mindset, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project they undertake.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with resilience
