As an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change requests.
  • Risk Management:
  • Assist in conducting project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Assist in implementing risk management plans to minimize potential issues.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into project planning.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Team Support and Communication:
  • Quality Assurance and Documentation:
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in reviewing project deliverable to verify compliance with requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project quality standards and procedures.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support the Project Manager in assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Project Manager will have
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
