Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Fourth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods): craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Research and resolve conflicts and errors in design/drawings for crafts installing material to ensure they comply with codes and specifications.

Verify quantity tracking data and measure productivity.

Interpret production goals from work packages to ensure daily communication of productivity goals is understood by crews executing the work.

Track progress of the major Vendors and Subcontractors to ensure that materials are manufactured and delivered.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management role for industrial or oil & gas construction projects.

Supports construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of degree.

Experience in oil and gas or similar industry with strong safety programs preferred.

Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

A valid driver’s license is required

- 5 years of experience minimum as a Project Manager

- Experience managing large industrial projects

- Ability to operate autonomously. PMs are expected to research information, problems, and develop solutions.

Establish, document and continuously optimize resource planning, management of internal / external audit execution and the resulting corrective actions

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration or equivalent

Knowledge of customer specific requirements

Lead, develop, and mentor the Plant Managers and the Regional Managers of, IE & QM

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Industrial Operations of which 10+ years automotive industry

Experience in automotive Quality Systems and Health & Safety

Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or engineering and/or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of five (5) years' Project Management experience.

Experience working with sheet metal, piping, and plumbing projects.

Safely direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

Experience compiling Estimate and Change Orders.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Attend Risk Management training to begin to understand levels of risk that the company will accept on projects

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Management is preferred

Gain experience in forecasting project outcomes

Become knowledgeable in the following functions of the Estimating department

Write layoff checks when at remote site locations

Internship experience during undergraduate coursework or up to 10 years of Industrial construction experience

Attend Risk Management training to begin to understand levels of risk that the company will accept on projects

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Management is preferred

Gain experience in forecasting project outcomes

Become knowledgeable in the following functions of the Estimating department

Write layoff checks when at remote site locations

5 years of Industrial Construction experience

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture , or equivalent

In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction, including ground-up developments and historical renovations

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Base salary of $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience with a general contractor

Experienced in implementing robust project control tolls (EHS KPI; documents, cost, schedule, risks management) for industrial projects

Prepare a comprehensive project management plan, including risk analysis and master schedule showing key milestones and critical paths.

Experience in large projects for example big revamping projects (>500 workers) within operating plants with coordination responsibilities

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency to define supervise lead and coordinate procurement, engineering and construction activities for major capital project (>40m€)

Skills to scrutinize solutions and propose optimized answers using technical-cost approaches.
