Job Description

Report to the Imports Manager

Set up vessel and create advance notices, maintain vessel log, assign vessels and create land loads for trucking companies

Create vessel folders and print out advance ship[ping notices for receiving supervisor and trucking company

Reconciliation of yard and warehouse receiving documents

review import documentation from vendors

Requires at least 2 years of related experience with Word and Excel
