Job Details


  • Create labels for folders and ensure that all orders are entered correctly into the quarterly WIP
  • File away folders once comments have been sent out to factories
  • Address and questions or concerns raised by factories and follow up with them on the production process
  • Retrieve folders containing submit forms from factories and deliver them to the designated designer
  • Enter size breakdowns for orders as needed
  • Review submit forms, provide comments to factories, and update the approvals in the WIP
  • Update the WIP with fabric approvals, fit comments, and pre production comments
  • Open all mail/packages and accurately enter garment details in the import Excel spreadsheet
  • Complete paperwork for tops and ad samples that require specs and fitting
