Documentation Imaging Specialist Jobs

Effectively handles all service emergencies and necessary communications with Vendor, Department, and Clinical Engineering Account Manager.

Is capable of providing coverage and support for Account Manager during manager’s absence.

Provides input to the Account Manager regarding new service opportunities within a location serviced by the Clinical Engineering Division.

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES) certification preferred

Utilizes training opportunities to significantly reduce contract dependency for the same equipment.

1-2 years prior office services related experience (preferably mortgage related).

Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers in a team environment to attain common goals

Assist team with obtaining missing mortgage-related documents from clientele and uploading said documents in the appropriate location

Track missing images within Excel spreadsheets

Process maps created by LoanCare’s IT department, review the image and provide the correct naming convention within the map

Identify, research and correct process gaps (intra/inter departmental) timely

Minimum three (3) years equivalent work experience with similar work assignments roles, and responsibilities

Strong working knowledge of HIPAA requirements

Ability to troubleshoot with analytical and comprehension skills of technical information

Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing

Strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail and ability and willingness to multi task

RHIT/RHIA in lieu of experience equivalent to work experience
