Use of SalesForce request management system to engage and respond to client / driver requests

Create/manage SOP’s for internal processes, SME for Compliance Services

Research legislative changes which may affect title/reg transactions and provide results to manager for additional investigation and/or system and letter updates

Partner with supervisor to investigate and resolve client issues and help manage escalation to completion

Monitor and manage outlier reporting and provide additional follow-up to ensure transactions are processed in a timely manner

Provide training and mentoring to newest specialists to develop skills

Prepare and file all FHA, VA, PMI, and investor claims timely and accurately according to investor/insurer/CMS guidelines and requirements.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Maintain updates in Fiserv and input the completion date on the date the action occurs.

Perform routine follow-up on a daily basis.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Claims Manager or Supervisor. Individual contributor role.

License/Certification/Designation: State licensing where required. Successful completion of required claims certification schools/classes.

Evaluates vehicle repair costs, parts costs, etc. to determine whether specific damage is related to an accident.

Four (4) or more years I-9 Compliance experience with proven knowledge of E-Verify

Past experience in conducting internal I-9 compliance audits

Proven knowledge of Federal Laws surrounding Immigration and Employment Eligibility

Past experience of handling confidential information with high level of discretion

Strong reporting and communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including strong PowerPoint and Excel

Flag issues and escalate urgent matters to management

Determining and resolving workload and assignment issues to ensure effective claims processing, expense management and claims disposition

Claims experience in third party liability claims and working knowledge of the civil litigation legal process is strongly preferred

Compliance Analyst I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and at least 2 years of regulatory compliance and ITAR experience

Ability to synthesize information and develop recommendations for management.

Review license requests referred from DTCL to ensure compliance with registration requirements.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Good written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. Writing samples may be required.

Supports REI’s integrated disability management program.

Apply general logic and critical thinking skills to determine investigation questions unique to the circumstances of the case.

Tracks and maintains OSHA recordkeeping requirements where applicable.

Ensures REI locations have the applicable support documentation to support compliance with REI and State WC requirements.

General knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation, Automobile, and General Liability claims processes.

Three (3) or more years Workers’ Compensation claims experience.

Assist with the development and administration of the Learning Management System

Ensure Athens’ compliance with jurisdictional training and licensing requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey technical details

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Possession of independent decision-making skills and demonstrated initiative to resolve issues

Prior experience with training preferred
