Crowned Talent has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a bilingual Human Resources Manager for our client, a leader in the foods industry.

Responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:

• Creating and overseeing performance appraisal process
• Recruiting candidates to fill open position
• Staying informed and abreast of changes that affect employment law and compliance
• Overseeing and communicating the benefit options provided to employees
• Motivating and challenging a diverse workforce
• Creating and providing reports to management on HR metrics that impact the organization.
• Liaison with management on matters pertaining to compensation plans
• Coaching and training employees at all levels.
• Resolving employee issues and disputes
• Partnering with management to affect change and improvement within the organization

Knowledge and Skills

• The candidate must be well organized, sensitive to handling confidential information, flexible and highly detail oriented.
• The candidate should also be capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
• The candidate must demonstrate excellent written / verbal communication skills and dedicated to customer service.
• This position requires a personable team player who demonstrates professionalism under pressure in the dealings through the use of telephone and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with full-spectrum recruiting, including onboarding and orientation
• Knowledge of I-9 procedures
• Experience with the performance appraisal process
• Analyzing and administering benefits packages
• Employee relations and conflict management.
• MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four year college or University, plus 5 years experience and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience.
