What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated People Operations Generalist (POPs Generalist) to join our POPs team. This role will report to the Director of People Operations and have an emphasis on attracting world-class talent, employee experience (onboarding/offboarding), culture, compliance, and employee engagement & retention.

What you’ll do:

  • Create rapport with employees at all levels, cultivating mutual trust, and upholding our Company Values in everything we do
  • Facilitate the immigration process and petitions
  • Support an onboarding and orientation experience that ensures new DoseSpotters have the best start
  • Establish key performance metrics around the hiring process and effectively communicate candidate data for pipelining, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and plan for the expansion of their team by providing best practices, training, and support to create an engaging, inclusive hiring experience for all candidates
  • Fostering a respectful and positive candidate experience establishing relationships with candidates
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support the employee experience which includes onboarding program, new hire orientation, employee recognition program, and offboarding
  • Managing an engaging and inclusive talent acquisition life cycle process as a full cycle recruiter by developing job descriptions, arranging interviews, funneling candidates efficiently, and sourcing and screening candidates from all backgrounds to align with our business needs
  • Passionate about the importance of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the talent acquisition process
  • Work with outside immigration counsel to ensure full compliance with immigration laws


Requirements:

Recommended Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Experience in employee relations, employment and immigration laws, EEO, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, and related local, state, and federal regulations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience handling sensitive and critical information with discretion and tact
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple large projects through planning, prioritizing, and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Organized, multitasking self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience with a minimum of three (3) years of progressive POPs/HR experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition
  • A self-starter, self-reliant, and results-oriented person
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS (Rippling) and other HR systems – Slack, Lattice, and Notion is a plus
  • Strong time management skills balancing multiple competing priorities with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action plans that balance business strategy with employee needs
  • A person who can establish rapport quickly and read people well
