Job Summary:
Paradromics is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources Department. The primary responsibilities will include managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update relevant HR systems to reflect changes in employee status, benefits, and compensation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate new hire orientation programs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and benefits enrollment.
- Educate employees on HR policies and answer routine HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
At least two years related experience required.
