About the Team
We are HR Compliance and Governance, commonly referred to as "HRCG". Our work focuses on various legal and external regulatory requirements for human resources, such as cross-border travel compliance, employee representative bodies cooperation, new hiring entity setup in non-China areas, etc. HRCG's main goals are to ensure the company complies with local laws and regulations for labor and employment during global business development, and to help the company solve compliance and governance issues related to "people and organization."
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct compliance review and provide optimization advice for HR Policies;
2. Initiate thematic studies to build a whole solution to the HR compliance framework, solutions, and risk mitigation mechanism, and promote implementation as well as monitor operation outcomes;
3. Be current on the dynamic labor regulatory landscape, evaluate risks if needed, and provide risk management suggestions for decision-making;
4. Manage globalization and outbound related HR compliance issues, and organize compliance management training;
5. Provide cross function compliance related coordination, and support ad-hoc HR compliance matters.
Qualifications
1. Advantageous to have 3-6 years of employment legal or Employee relations related working experience, preferably with human resources compliance or trade compliance experience in global organizations;
2. Exceptional communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset. Demonstrates the ability of problem-solving and structuring thinking, able to effectively drive project execution and problem resolution;
3. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility with a self-driven and result-oriented personality.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in research with a data-driven and process-optimization mindset;
5. Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment;

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87000 - $209000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
