Position Overview


NetCentrics is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals.


Responsibilities


  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HR-related documentation.
  • Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Implement and manage performance management programs, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to HR programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a team.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
