- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and HR-related documentation.
- Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Implement and manage performance management programs, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to HR programs and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate a team.
- 7-10+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
