Position Summary

This position fills out any verification's for associates. This position will work with electronic files and paper documents. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions

• Take phone calls from associates and third party vendors requesting information.
• Communicate with various levels of management regarding payroll and associate personnel information.
• Obtain and review all paper and email verifications documents sent by Payroll.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Review and process or reroute verifications as needed.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
• Must be able to use tact and discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and willingness to adjust work hours accordingly.
• Strong analytical skills, with a technical aptitude.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to function effectively in a multi-task environment.
• Ability to recognize, research, and resolve various errors that may occur. Determine the best approach for a solution.
• Physical ability to access all necessary files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels including upper management.
• Advanced computer skills.

Desired Previous Job Experience/Qualifications:

• Exposure to various software programs and mainframe is a plus.
