Job Summary

The HRIS Workday Reporting Analyst will support the business and HR team with requests for data, questions regarding data in current or legacy systems, and Workday reporting issues via phone and/or the case management system. The analyst will help drive the standardization and simplification of reports and data collection and will build queries and reports to provide management with data required to meet the business and functional needs. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment. This position is fully remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to all ad hoc requests for data from the business (i.e. RFP requests, Audit, Legal)
  • Partner on special projects as needed and provides ad hoc analysis to support additional HR & Corporate initiatives.
  • Create Workday Reports, managing existing reports and troubleshooting report issues
  • Proactively work to improve reporting (value-add, efficiency, quality, speed)
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other key stakeholders in the business areas to meet the business needs related to reporting and data. Gather/Analyze data from current and legacy systems to meet reporting requirements of the business
  • Create and/or maintain Workday Dashboards and metrics
  • Ensures the quality and integrity of data output for compliance and analysis.
  • Respond to reporting requests in the case management system within SLA guidelines

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year Workday Reporting experience is required. Experience with dashboards, matrix and composite reporting is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years current Workday experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR related industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective presentation, written, verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to multiple levels of management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills (macros, pivot tables, V look-ups, etc.).
  • Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of business operations, management practices and principles, and human resources management trends and practices.
  • Flexible and able to respond to rapidly changing business needs
  • Working knowledge of HRMS systems and HR data collection.

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel is required.
